Starting a new job and role  can be quite daunting! Whether you are a recently promoted senior leader or about to start a new job in a new company, the first few months in a new role are critical. That early period can be challenging as you’re getting to grips with a new company culture, projects and processes and a new team that you’ll be leading. One of the biggest challenges when starting any new job is finding someone you can trust to go to bring some perspective to your situation, and support you through what can be a bumpy ride as you get to grips with your new role.

 

The FIRST 100 DAYS programme is tailored to give you the confidential initial support you need in a structured and encouraging way to help you take command of the role, the work with the team you’ve inherited or the projects or processes and find the best way forward.

Programme Overview:

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Includes:

    • Initial 90 minutes consultation – ideally before the start date
    • 4 x  45 minutes coaching sessions
    • 90 minutes review session
    • Coaching call preparation forms for added focus
    • All sessions delivered by Zoom video or phone.

Programme Content:

  • Initial 90 minutes consultation – ideally before the start date:

    • Clarifying what you want  from your first week
    • Planning the first important meetings
  • 2nd session (45 minutes) – after 1st week in the new role - when you are getting an appreciation of what your role will entail, expectations of you and the people you will be working with.

    • Identifying key development areas
    • Building relationships and porfessional credibility with team, peers and seniors
  • 3rd, 4th & 5th  session (45 minutes) – after 2, 4 & 8 weeks in the new role:

    • Addressing challenges as they came up

    • Progress review

  • Review session (90 minutes) – end of 3rd month:

    • Reviewing progress made by end of the 3rd  month, and identifying key objectives & targets together with an action plan for the next 6-12 months to keep the momentum and progress.
