The LEADERSHIP BOOST programme is a series of one-to-one coaching sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. We begin coaching by assessing your specific situation and felt needs. Together, we will define coaching goals that respond to the needs and develop strategies to help you overcome your specific leadership struggles.

Programme Overview:

  • Duration: 3-6 months*

*overall duration determined by session frequency

  • Includes:

    • 120 minutes intake session
    • 4 x  60 minutes coaching sessions
    • 90 minutes review session
    • Email follow up and exercises as applicable
    • All sessions delivered by Zoom video.
  • All our work is based on collaboration – i.e. you’ll be fully involved in setting the agenda and topics for our work together. It will be my role to provide the structure and tools to facilitate the coaching work.

  • S1: 120 minutes intake session

    • Explore your current situation
    • Identify key coaching topics
    • Clarify and articulate together your desired tangible outcomes
    • Outline together a coaching plan for forthcoming months
    • Next steps
  • S2 - S5: 60 minutes coaching session – typical session outline:

    • Session goal for exploration set by you

    • Action review

    • Reflect on insights + learning

    • Set home actions

  • S6: 90 minutes review session

    • Coaching goal progress review

    • Reflect on key insights and learning

    • Identify key objectives for your further personal and professional development
