Hello,
​My name is Britta Siggelkow and I am the founder of b.inspired Coaching.
​
I’m a leadership and career coach. Through b.inspired Coaching, I support new and emerging leaders in professional and technology fields who want space outside the workplace to think, reflect, and develop - helping them lead well, be recognised for their impact, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I most often work with people in the built environment and construction, IT and the tech industry, and professional services.

I’m passionate about leadership and the role it plays in people’s working lives. I believe leadership works best when it’s intentional, and my coaching offers a confidential, independent space to explore how you want to lead and grow.
Background
I began my professional career over 30 years ago as an architect. Before moving into professional coaching at mid-career, I gained extensive international experience working in the built environment, leading and contributing to projects in Germany, the UK, Switzerland and Australia. Living and working across these countries has shaped my people skills and my ability to connect with others, adapt to different contexts, and bring out the best in people.

Qualifications
I trained as a coach with the leading international institutes Coach U and CTI. I’m accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and hold a Certificate in Executive Coaching Practice from Full Circle Global. I’m also a licensed Firework Career Coach, a trained Thinking Partner certified by Nancy Kline’s Time to Think, and certified in Hogan Assessments.

A few Personal Details
I was born and raised in Germany. Following my studies in Hamburg I lived and worked in Europe for 15 years before settling happily in London as my chosen home. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends,
exploring the various facets of London, walking and the outdoors, swimming and good food!
